The Teaching of Natural Sciences in Indigenous School Education at the Tapirapé State Indigenous School

This project aims to deepen studies and analyze the importance of traditional natural science knowledge of the Tapirapé and Karajá indigenous peoples. Bibliographic research will be carried out using articles and books in journals about the teaching of natural sciences in indigenous school education, along with exploratory research at the Tapirapé Indigenous State School. Together with the students, an illustrated book on traditional natural science knowledge will also be created, focusing on the ethnozoology of the Tapirapé and Karajá indigenous peoples.
