This research addresses Apiaká Indigenous School Education, highlighting its importance in cultural preservation, community participation, and school autonomy. The school plays a fundamental role in valuing traditional knowledge, ensuring that teaching is contextualized and respects the identity of the Apiaká people. The research sought to understand how school management contributes to strengthening this educational model, promoting initiatives that integrate academic knowledge with the community's cultural practices. Cultural preservation is one of the most relevant aspects of indigenous school education, as it is directly linked to the identity of the Apiaká people. Therefore, the study aimed to understand the relationship between school management and the preservation of indigenous customs. The research provides insights to strengthen school management and improve educational practices in the Apiaká community. Differentiated teaching is essential to ensure that students receive a quality academic education without losing their connection to their cultural roots.
