RESUMO:

The present work is the result of a research project developed in the

 Postgraduate Program in Teaching in an Intercultural Indigenous Context, 

having as its research object: The importance of knowing the Legislation on 

Indigenous School Education in the State of Mato Grosso. General objective:

 Reflect on the Indigenous School Education Legislation in Mato Grosso,

 specific objectives: Present the Balatiponé/Umutina People,

 from the Indigenous/Umutina land and the Jula Paré Full-Time School; Identify the Indigenous 

School Education laws in the State of Mato Grosso;

 Apply knowledge about Indigenous School Education laws

 in Mato Grosso at the Jula Paré Full-time School.
