This study presents as a title “the pedagogical practice of the teacher in elementary school: assistive technology as an inclusion resource in education”, integrates the line of research training of teachers, policies and pedagogical practices, linked to the postgraduate program in EDUCATION-PPGEDU of the State University of Mato Grosso- UNEMAT- Campus-Caceres/MT. Several questions arose about the teacher's pedagogical practice: How is the teacher's pedagogical practice being developed in the process of inclusion of the student with disabilities in regular education? What are the benefits that the TA can offer for the realization of student learning with disabilities? What resources can contribute to the autonomy of student learning with disabilities? This study is qualitative and is aligned with the case study methodology, methodological procedures were used: data survey and analysis, through questionnaire with open and closed questions that guided the semi-structured interviews, observations of pedagogical practices of the participating teachers in the common classroom and in the multifunctional resources room with a student with physical disabilities. The research was conducted at a Basic Education School of the municipal network of Cuiabá/MT. As for research results, according to the interviews of the teachers, it is important to note that in the teachers' view, inclusion is important for socialization and also for the global development of children with disabilities, but that the school is not prepared to receive students with Disability, because it lacks resources, teacher education. We detected through the speeches of the teachers in which they were unanimous in saying that there is a lack of specific training about the deficiencies for teachers who work in the common classroom, a training that addresses concrete cases, cases of classroom experience, in Common classroom lacks affordable materials, furniture, the physical structure of the room does not meet the specificity of the student with physical disabilities. As for teachers' planning there is no agreement on their lines, we understand that the difficulty in articulation between them is due to lack of time and time available so that they could plan together, and their hours are on different days, not allowing Their articulation through planning that would be an important moment for the articulation between them to happen, and at the same time hinders the guidance and monitoring by the SRM teacher. In our observation we noticed a concern on the part of the common room teacher in the inclusion of the student with physical disabilities in the activities, through the diversification of methodological strategies, such as dialogical and interactive class, technological resource, we also observe that the student, once in contact with The technological appeal was aroused more interest in the activity. In the SRM we observe certain limitations that make it difficult for the student to access TA as: the adapted chair is not suitable for the student size, the height of the psychomotric panel prevents the student's access to their resources. Research is believed to bring relevant contributions to the process of including students with physical disabilities in the classroom and also students with other disabilities.
