RESUMO:

Aiming the qualification, we present this text developed with partial results of the research that is directed to investigate the pedagogical problematizations regarding the teachers' school formulations in the identification of students with High Abilities/Super ability in the Elementary I, of a public school. Thus, through debates related to the conception of intelligence and creativity, the teachers do not have theoretical-methodological tools that qualify the pedagogical actions for the highly skilled subjects, who are in the school environment and, due to these qualifications, they are unaware of the properties and educational conditions required for students with High Abilities/Super ability. This absence and/or lack of effective theoretical-methodological qualification prevents the teacher from promoting pedagogical dimensions both in the common classroom educational work and in the specialized educational service (AEE) for this AEE target audience.  This study is developed in a school from the State Educational Network in the city of Sorriso, Mato Grosso (MT). As a methodological path we opted for action research in a qualitative approach from formative actions called interactive workshops. From the theoretical constitution, we associated the research proposal with the theories of Multiple Intelligences, by Howard Gardner (1995), and the theory of the Three Rings, by Joseph Renzulli (1978), centrally.  We were also interested in understanding the pedagogical and evaluative processes for the construction of theoretical and methodological tools, not only for the identification of students with High Abilities/Superdotation, as the target public of the AEE, but also as the impulse of these students and the organization of the fundamental pedagogical actions. As a result of this research, we intend to propose an educational product called Pedagogical Booklet, with the purpose of creating a theoretical and methodological basis for the pedagogical work of the teacher. This pedagogical notebook will be built, thus, based on the dialogue and collective construction that was propitiated in the research through the workshops carried out, presenting paths and possibilities to educators, with suggestions for activities, dynamics, and evaluations, observing the participative perspective of the teachers in the investigative pedagogical processes.
