RESUMO:

The objective of this work is to prepare a Technical Note on the environmental licensing of Wetlands. Based on the need for formal foundation and specific information, in view of the demand for environmental licensing for the installation and use of drainage channels in Wet Areas, a licensable activity according to CONAMA Resolution 237/97, and their relationship with the issuance and management of national policy instruments of water resources by Government Agencies. Despite being a licensable practice by CONAMA, to date, drainage channels do not have licensing models and this work seeks to contribute to the elaboration of guiding elements for the regulation of CONAMA Resolution 297/97 and decision making. Research was carried out based on a systemic review of existing literature relevant to the technical character of the construction of drainage channels, to hydrological changes in humid areas and to the legal conjecture of environmental licensing, with the analysis of the existence of scientific productions registered in the electronic research addresses , to make search engines Scielo, Capes and Google academic, in the period from Jul / 20 to Feb / 21. After this individual analysis, the documents were cataloged according to title, year of publication, research source, keywords linked to this study. In view of the research, the result was the existence of limited productions relevant to the theme. Technically drainage channels can have urban, agricultural and infrastructure applications, so it is necessary to delimit the type of channel and standardize the licensing process itself. We hope to conclude this work with the preparation of a proposal for a Technical Note aimed at licensing drainage channels for agricultural practice and in wetlands areas.
