THE DISCOURSES PRODUCED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SPECIALIZED DELEGACY FOR SERVICE TO WOMEN IN SINOP - MATO GROSSO IN 2018

This study aimed to analyze the discourses that emerged about the proposal for the implementation of the Specialized Police Station for Attendance to Women, in Sinop, in 2018, an attemp to understand which meanings were mobilized, when the issue of gender violence was put on the agenda by public policy. The proposed study had as its theoretical analytical basis the French Discourse Analysis, as proposed by Michel Pêcheux and Eni Orlandi, in addition to appropriating concepts of Sociology and Law. For the data survey it was used the documental research and the interview, by means of semi-structured interviews, carried out with the subjects involved in the implantation of the Specialized Police Station of Attendance to the Woman in Sinop/MT, among them, members of the Network of Confrontation and Combat to the Domestic Violence, of the Commission Woman's Right the OAB/MT and of the Municipal Council of Woman's Rights, of the city of Sinop/MT.
