RESUMO:

In this study, we propose the use of literary adaptations in Comics for an approach to the literary text in elementary school II, with the aim of contributing to the formation of the literary reader. Anchored in studies by Ramos (2022), Rama and Vergueiro (2022) and Cosson (2021). We present the work developed in an 8th grade elementary school classroom in a public school in the State of Mato Grosso with the works Missa do Galo e outros tales by Machado de Assis and Peru de Natal e otros tales by Mário de Andrade, both adapted and illustrated by Francisco Vilachã.
