RESUMO:

Enteric cycle parasitosis and zoonoses are among the main public health diseases that affect both adults and children. These morbidities, as they are easily dispersed through domestic animals, find public areas, where there is a large circulation of people, as their main dissemination foci. Observing the problem, we report the practical pedagogical development with an investigative teaching approach regarding the dissemination of zoonoses by domestic animals in public areas of Campo Novo do Parecis. The proposal covers a mixed methodology, with students from technical courses integrated to high school at the IFMT, Campo Novo do Parecis Campus, where, through research teaching, biology students conducted studies on zoonoses, collection of feces from domestic animals for examinations laboratory tests, interpretation and quantification of data, so that, in a second moment, these results are used in the development of teaching activities. The results found in the research will be used as teaching material in the classroom, along with the discipline of biology. The proposal seeks to develop affirmative actions and through teaching by investigation, using research data as a scientific class covering the formulation of the problem. With the proper problems established, students should survey hypotheses and carry out activities that will corroborate for the veracity and formulation of a conclusion. The study seeks to obtain data for an analysis of the dissemination of zoonoses and also contemplate the methodology of teaching by applied investigation in the teaching of biology. The material made available here presents a didactic didactic program with didactic sequences, which encompass the themes of parasitology, zoology and health studies.
