RESUMO:

The present thesis developed in the Postgraduate Linguistics program of the State University of Mato Grosso - Unemat in the concentration of the studies of the linguistic processes of the Discursive Analysis, tries to understand how the moral harassment of the work constitutes in the work space as well as the subjects and the senses that constitute in the processes of meaning associated with the analytical device that will determine the variables of discursiveness through the speeches of the morally assisted at work. Bullying is a phenomenon as complex as it is recurrent, and it has been observed more and more naturally within the work environment. There are some factors that determine whether an action can be classified as Moral Harassment: the intention of the harasser, the duration and frequency with which the episodes usually happen. This type of violence can be considered the cruelest type of terror, as it directly affects the psychological state of the assaulted employee, bringing other consequences that are just as serious. This type of violence is considered complex, because it involves many principles, of the most diverse orders, such as ethics, culture, society, politics, etc. senses in the face of discursivities present in the extensive relationships between subjects in the work space. For this, it is necessary to understand how moral harassment at work is constituted from the State of the Art. This representation is conditioned by the layout of the Analytical Device, the central proposal of our thesis. Representing how the Analysis Device was constituted is not an easy task, for some time now, we have already observed that many works by our peers, appear with little detail regarding the subject of our thesis or are not even contemplated in the works of Discourse Analysis of the French line. Thus, we delimit our work of the construction of this Analytical Device, having theoretical basis, the Discourse Analysis of the French line that has Michel Pechêux as a precursor. In the development of the Thesis it was possible to observe how important Corpus is as well as the discursive memory in the constitution of the analysis s.As well as the process of the Constitution of the analytical device is complex. The thesis is a construction of the discursive representations of the subjects morally harassed at work, they are constituted from three different points: the first of the subject's forms in the workspace; of the forms of spaces of discursiveness and the third, of the production of meanings in which the relations of forces of the subject and the space of discursiveness are conditioned. discursive spaces.
