RESUMO:

This research is part of the research line Studies of Discursive Processes of the Postgraduate Program in Linguistics at the Universidade do Estado de Mato Grosso (UNEMAT) and is affiliated with the theoretical perspective of materialist Discourse Analysis, developed in the 1960s by the philosopher and linguist Michel Pêcheux, in France, and disseminated in Brazil from the 1970s onwards by Eni Puccinelli Orlandi. The objective of this work is to analyze how the discourse of youth protagonism that appears in the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) correlates with the discourses of business bias, directed at young people by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Organization of Nations for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO). Such discourses attribute to young people the role of being the main agent of an action, a social actor and allow us to reflect on the way in which neoliberalism echoes in this proposal textualized in our Educational Policy, articulating education to the world of work through repeatability, producing displacements and movements of the senses. We observed linguistic marks and traces that refer to the business discourse through the corpus of analysis, consisting of clippings from the BNCC and some images that allow the understanding of some discursive functionings that are related to the object of research. The dissertation is divided into three chapters, and in the first chapter we analyze the discursivity of youth protagonism and the way in which it has been signified in the BNCC, more specifically in the final stage of High School, as well as the position occupied by the subjects and how they inscribe before the symbolic object. In this approach, we give visibility to the meanings of youth protagonism, observing the language with its exteriority, involving the individuation of the subject in its capitalist historical form. In the second chapter, we mobilize the paradox between education and the job market as a proposal for educational reforms that are supported by capitalism, through a policy focused on human capital, arising from international organizations. For, the diffusion of instrumental education is an elementary factor for the objectives of the market economy, while, through the ideological interpellation of the individual as a subject, which discursivity occurs, such functioning promotes the erasure of the inscription of language in history, making it signify, producing the effect of evidence of meaning. In the third chapter, we reflect on the Brazilian education thought by those who value capital more than knowledge, this fact gains dimensions when the prism of ideological interests permeates our Educational Legislation and breaks out in society, evidencing divisions. It is in this scenario that the ideological ritual moves to failure and the subject, through language, can rebel, insurgent resistance, which erupts in the face of the failure of the State.
