RESUMO:

ABSTRACT: The present study, linked to the area Studies of linguistic processes and the line of research Studies of discursive processes, of the Graduate Program in Linguistics at the University of Mato Grosso (PPGL / UNEMAT), intended to understand the historical-ideological functioning materialized in the letters farewell to suicidal subjects. To do so, we take, at first, the body as a space for analysis, once it constitutes itself as a place for the manifestation of the desires of oneself and the Other, when, in that aim, we try to understand the process of embodiment of the suicidal body, of the body of letters and the social body as a place of constitution and subjection, dictated by the subjective processes of identification and by the determinations, by the capitalist State, of the subjects and the senses. In this process of understanding the body, we focused on the history of suffering of the body, either by torment or by discipline, in order to understand and analyze, through the words of the letters, the place of resistance and, at the same time, of the subject's subservience. suicidal, which, being ideologically challenged, is crossed by injunctions of the symbolic in relation to the real and the imaginary. In this understanding, the body works as a map that traces (dis) paths for the suicidal subject, since the body is a materialization of belonging and exclusion, establishing for the subject everything that can be said and also what cannot be said, because the body can mean everything and / or nothing beyond what it can mean. For this understanding, we use Discourse Analysis as a theoretical guide to analyze, through its principles and procedures, the ways in which a political subject, ambiguous and spun by the subjects' own constitution modes, uses power as a place of enjoyment and, finally, he kills himself, in / for the illusion of continuing to exercise his power. In this sense, Discourse Analysis is a theory that helps us to understand how meaning makes sense, in a conception of language (gem) taken in its incompleteness and by its register of reality. In an attempt to understand the processes of identification / articulation of the suicidal subject, marked by the records of the symbolic, the real and the imaginary, we understand the place of the body in another order, which is not limited to just the support of the letter of the letter, of the mutilations, states of mood changes, since this corporeality / textuality comes from elsewhere, comes from the letter of / in the unconscious and, therefore, does not stand as evidence, distancing itself from the notion of full object and that of the subject of knowledge .
