RESUMO:

This work, enrolled in the concentration area “Studies of linguistic processes” and the research line “Studies of Significance Processes”, of the Stricto Sensu graduate program in Linguistics at the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT), aims to to present an enunciative semantic study of the designative relations of Nominal Formation, and still defends the hypothesis that the mobilities of linguistic expressions of sign language constitute linguistic units in the visual dimension, also in the influences of social perspectives, being present in the way we express, we act, ways in which we react, and as a representation of our ideas, in the case of mobilization domains historically defined in the social memory of the discourse. Theoretically, the analyzes are based on concepts from the Analysis of signification processes and some contributions from Psychoanalysis, which allow us to work with the notion of divided subject - who assumes different discursive positions - and barred, since the unconscious constitutes it. Concepts of interdiscursive and discursive formations are also mobilized, since most of the speeches of and about the deaf come through and undergo constant reconfigurations to adapt to the dominant linguistic environment.In order to prove the hypothesis about how the constitution of meanings occurs in statements taken from the Whatzapp digital platform, whose expressions will be understood by speakers who recognize sign language in a descriptive way. focusing on the role of linguistic forms in enunciation; bearing in mind that linguistic forms are defined as units of meaning. In this way the meaning of a sign can be given according to the lexical choice or according to the word that represents that sign in the descriptive form in a given linguistic set. So in the same statement we can have more than one meaning. It is through this path that we intend to develop analyzes of the enunciative semantic functioning, and the morphosyntactic relationship of the expressions in the statements. The analysis carried out proved that crossed and affected by the two languages is that the deaf subjects constitute their linguistic identity, thus acquiring the condition to find the way in which they will understand and attribute meanings to an enunciative event.
