RESUMO:

This research, enrolled in the research line Studies of Discursive Processes, of the Postgraduate Program in Linguistics at UNEMAT, aims to reflect, based on the theory of Discourse Analysis of the French line - founded by Pêcheux, in France and, later, disseminated by Eni Orlandi and other linguists, in Brazil - regarding the changes presented by the Curriculum Common National Base (BNCC) of High School in relation to the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN and PCN +) and National Curricular Guidelines (OCN) of High School, with regard to the constitution of the curriculum and the teaching-learning practice of the subjects of Portuguese and English language at school context. The locus of the research was the State School Deputado Bertoldo Freire, located in São José dos Quatro Marcos City, at Mato Grosso State. The corpus is constituted by means of a questionnaire addressed to teachers of Portuguese and English language and some high school students (from a first and a third year) and also from excerpts extracted from the curriculum documents. Thus, based on the analysis carried out, it was possible to observe that BNCC, which claims to be innovative in relation to PCNEM, PCN + EM and OCNEM, does not present many changes. We observe that there is a repetition of what has already been said, which intervene in the textuality of these documents, producing effects of evidence. In all documents, the High School phase is placed as preparation of the student for the world of work, with greater emphasis on the textuality of BNCC, which aims to offer full-time education and presents the formative itineraries, giving a supposed freedom of choice. to students for their technical and professional training, with the aim that they can comply with quality the job market, thus reproducing a discourse supported by a neoliberal ideology, typical of a capitalist system. All documents present concepts focused on communication and interaction, with a socio-interactionist character of verbal language, and only BNCC explicitly brings the theoretical perspective that supports it, the enunciative-discursive perspective of language. The analysis of the formulations of subject-teachers and subject-students allowed us to observe the distance between what is discursivized by official documents and the practice of language teaching, and also that in the processes of identification and meaning these subjects now identify themselves, now they counter-identify with the discourse of the capitalist state and its laws, resisting what is (im) posed to them.
