RESUMO:
We propose, in this work, enrolled in research Studies of Discursive Processes of the Postgraduate Program in Linguistics at the University of the Mato Grosso State – UNEMAT, to understand the way the media builds representations of the school institution and the relationship with the subjects teacher and student, by the humorous bias. From then on, we raise the following questions: which effects of meaning are produced by the humorous speech? How are the school and its respective members represented in digital media? And to answer these inquiries, we present as a proposal, in this dissertation, a discourse analysis of humorous videos that circulate on YouTube about education. For that, we selected as corpus of analysis 6 mood sketches of the producers Porta dos Fundos and Parafernalha, displayed between 2014 and 2020. Our theoretical framework relates the readings about humor from the conceptions of Freud (1905), Bergson (2018) and Possenti (2010) with the support of the Discourse Analysis, especially regarding the concepts of discursive memory (Pêcheux, 1983), formulation and circulation (Orlandi, 2012), among other collaborators. At the end of the analytic endeavor, we observe how digital media discourse is constituted, which tends to present education and its members in a stereotyped way, so that humor is explored in these sketches to recreate in the reader/listener's imaginary possible meanings. Through the understanding of humor making, we contribute to thinking about the way digital media tries to control the senses about education, even if it always finds a way to resist.
