RESUMO:

This project was developed within the scope of master´s degree PROFLETRAS and aims to present a research proposal about a pedagogical intervention in the curricular component of Portuguese. The research will be carried out the elementary school Escola Estadual Marechal Dutra, located in Rondonópolis – MT, specifically with ninth grade students. The proposal has a perspective of linguistic variation through the textual genre diary. Therefore, this research and intervention work is based on the theoretical concepts of Textual Linguistics and Sociolinguistics that perceives the text as a teaching unit, focusing on the students' written production. The research presupposes that the acquisition of writing enables the relationship between the student and knowledge, because from this, the student will be able to establish a relationship between writing and the world, demonstrating a perspective that is shaped in the learning intentions and ways of acquiring the knowledge. In this sense, we consider the work with the textual genre diary an important way for the teaching of Portuguese Language. The development of activities will consist of 10 steps, which at the end, each student will choose an excerpt from their personal diary produced in one of the stages of the project, revised and adjusted during the intervention, to compose the collective diary of the class in e-book format. All the work will culminate in an autograph night, a moment when the authors will gather their guests to present their work.
