RESUMO:

Given that we are increasingly immersed in the technological world, it is necessary to think about how this digital process interferes in different educational environments. In this way, the purpose of the work is to present a study carried out with indigenous students of the Faculdade Indígena Intercultural - FAINDI during the covid -19 pandemic, studying the technological access of these students during the period of remote teaching. To carry out the research, we opted for a phenomenological approach to capture the essence of the phenomenon studied. In addition, field research was carried out through an interview on Google Meet and a questionnaire on Google Forms. Among the authors used to carry out the study we have: Brandão (1981); Freire (2003, 2004); Goethe (1993); Husserl (2006); Steiner (1983, 1984, 1985, 1986) among other theorists with studies related to the research problem. Furthermore, the research transcends the concept of democratizing technology for indigenous studies and demonstrates the need to think about a differentiated technological education based on indigenous culture for the preservation of the values and customs of these peoples. We hope that through this research it will be possible to broaden the perspectives on the needs of differentiated indigenous education in relation to technology.
