RESUMO:

This dissertation is part of the line of research Teacher Training, Policies and Pedagogical Practices, of the Graduate Program in Education (PPGEdu) – Master in Education, of the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT), whose object of study is the Professional Development of Trainer Teachers of the Degree in Mathematics (UNEMAT/Cáceres), through the implementation of Resolution CNE/CP nº 2/2019 – BNC-Formação. It starts with the theoretical assumptions of University Pedagogy, with the following axes of discussion: (I) Professional Development of Teacher Trainers and (II) Curriculum for the Training of Mathematics Teachers. The research question is: how was the Professional Development of Teacher Trainers driven by the process of curricular reformulation of the Degree in Mathematics - UNEMAT/Cáceres, in the period 2020/2021, through the implementation of the BNC-Training? And the general objective is to understand how the Professional Development of Teacher Trainers was moved by the curricular reformulation of the course, through the implementation of the BNC-Training. It is a research with a qualitative approach, of the case study type, in which bibliographical, documental and field research procedures are adopted. The empirical data collection instruments were: a characterization questionnaire, to outline the subjects' profile, and semi-structured interviews, carried out with five effective teacher trainers at the Faculty of Exact and Technological Sciences (FACET/UNEMAT/CACERES). The data were analyzed based on Bardin's (2016) content analysis technique, and showed what other researchers assert about the need to discuss the professional development of teacher educators, and also made it possible to understand under what conditions the implementation took place. of the resolution and the impasses faced by the professionals, evidenced some power disputes and divergences of conceptions. It is concluded that the discussion process on the PPC 2021 proposal was configured as a curricular reformulation, with some changes in the framework of disciplines and their workloads. On the other hand, the data collected in the interviews showed the way in which the teacher educators developed despite not agreeing with a reformulation at that time, when considering that their university pedagogies were moved in the process and that professional development is subjective and depends on the teacher's role.
