RESUMO:

This research was developed in the Graduate Program in Education (PPGEdu) – Academic Master's Degree in Education, at the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT), in the line of research Teacher Training, Policies and Pedagogical Practices. The central theme is University Pedagogy in the relationship between the Professional Development of University Teacher Managers and the History of UNEMAT, in which the problem question was chosen: How the Professional Development of University Teacher Managers is articulated with the history of UNEMAT from their narratives? The general objective is to understand how the Professional Development of university professors and managers is articulated with the history of UNEMAT, based on their narratives. This is a qualitative research, with an analytical character, based on the theoretical perspective of oral history, in which we use bibliographical, documental and field research procedures. The locus of investigation is UNEMAT and the subjects of the research are university professors who are managers in the positions of Rector, Vice-Rector and Pro-rectors of core activities (Teaching, Research and Extension ) of that institution. For data collection we used questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. With this research we intend to enable the expansion of knowledge about University Pedagogy in the relationship between the institutional development of UNEMAT.
