This study is the result of research carried out in the Graduate Program in Education (PPGEdu), at the University of the State of Mato (UNEMAT) campus in Cáceres, in the line of research: Education and Diversity and has as its research focus training in solidary economy developed by the Center for Studies and Praxiologies of the University and the World of Work (Núcleo Unitrabalho). The general objective was to understand how the process of training in solidarity economy with the methodology of Solidarity Incubation carried out by the Unitrabalho Nucleus in the National Program of Incubators of Solidarity Cooperatives (PRONINC) influenced the social production of knowledge in the perception of educators? In order to achieve this objective, we carried out a reflective analysis of the training activities carried out by the Núcleo Unitrabalho linked to PRONINC, we investigated the method of planning and organization of training, as well as, we understood the solidarity incubation in the process of organization of solidary and sustainable economic enterprises and, with this we understand the process of mobilization and organization finally, we carried out an analysis of the interaction between the production of scientific knowledge and the praxis of the undertakings with a view to the Social Production of Knowledge in the view of the educators. This study was based on the following authors: Culti (2006), El Andaloussi (2004), Freire (1984), Morin (1981), Tiriba (2019), Singer (2003) and Zart (2011; 2013 ; 2018; 2019). The approach is centered on qualitative research, characterized as action-research, in this sense, we use participant observation, document analysis, literature review, characterization questionnaire, semi-structured interviews as research instruments. The study contributed significantly to the development of the proposed research, providing a theoretical-methodological deepening in relation to the social production of knowledge that takes place during the investigated training activities. In this way, the research was carried out with the collaborators (teachers, technicians and scholarship holders) of Núcleo Unitrabalho and with members of groups, associations and cooperatives that participated in some of the training actions carried out by Núcleo Unitrabalho in the period de (2014 – 2017) as educators conducting the training workshops.
