The present dissertation is part of the line of research Teacher Training, Policies, Pedagogical Practices, of the Graduate Program in Education PPGedu - Masters in Education, from the University of the State of Mato Grosso, which the theme refers to school conflicts in the pandemic from the perspective of school management anchored in the theoretical contributions Chrispino (2007); Eller (2019); Thé (2015) and Tiellet (2012) among others. The main objective of the work is to identify the conflicts faced by the management team during the pandemic, specifically in the year 2020, related to the teaching-learning process. The research is descriptive of the type case study of qualitative approach. The sources of data collection were the interview by agenda and documentary sources. The interview was carried out with five individuals who are part of the management of the Pequeno Sábio Municipal School. For data analysis, Laurence Bardin's (2016) content analysis technique was used. The categories were defined based on the interview script: Impact of the pandemic on the school context; Conflict in the school unit during the pandemic; Reason for conflicts at school; Challenges and solutions for managers to conflicts. In each of the categories, the Registration Units (UR) were defined, highlighting: Uncertainties generated by the suspension of face-to-face activities; Disagreement between managers and teachers; Insecurity in decisions (intrapersonal conflicts); Lack of communication between the pedagogical team and the family; Intrapersonal conflicts; Lack of guidance from higher authorities on how to proceed in the face of pedagogical difficulties in the Teaching Units; Dialogue and empathy; Investment in biosafety and technological equipment to meet the pedagogical activities and; Mediation. It was concluded that at the Pequeno Sábio Municipal School, its management team experienced the challenges imposed by the pandemic, which generated internal conflicts. Conflicts were intense, both intrapersonal and interpersonal, which can be attributed to lack of communication with families, divergence between managers; lack of guidance from higher authorities.
