RESUMO:

This project aims to know the perception of the human sciences teacher, from the public education system, about the role of the military in education, about the values and the didactic methodological organization of militarized schools, having the following questions: what is the role of the military in education and what is this model of education and school for? And what is the position of these teachers regarding the values and the didactic methodological organization emphasized by militarized schools in terms of overcoming the school crisis? It is proposed to investigate significant subjects from the areas of philosophy and sociology who are working in the state public education network. It will be used to collect data and information from documentary sources and semi-structured interviews that will later be described and systematized through the phenomenological method of Maria Aparecida Bicudo, seeking the integrity and effective fidelity of the perception of the investigated subjects. It is expected that professors in the area of philosophy and sociology establish, with their reflections, the differences in the roles of the military and civilians in the educational process and in the development of science, pointing out aspects such as discipline, democracy, respect, authority as values that can distinguish the militarized model of public school and achieve the objective of overcoming the school crisis as pointed out by the militarization program of the Jair Bolsonaro government.
