Digital accessibility is a topic of growing importance in contemporary society, as the internet plays a central role in people's lives. Ensuring that everyone has equitable access to online information is fundamental, and web accessibility has become a vital concern and a fundamental right. In this study, the objective was to analyze the accessibility of individuals with blindness on the website of the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT). A blind or visually impaired person is considered to be someone who has either complete absence of vision or some light perception that can determine shapes at a very short distance. Therefore, the research problem is: "Is the website of the State University of Mato Grosso (UNEMAT) and its integrated service sites accessible for people with blindness?" The methodological procedures adopted include a systematic literature review (SLR), a single case study with a blind student, tests conducted using the AccessMonitor program, which involves automatic accessibility verification, and subsequently a study in which we discuss the accessibility of the UNEMAT website for the blind. With the results of the automatic analysis and the study involving the blind student, we were able to achieve the objectives. By gaining a better understanding of digital accessibility, we can promote a more inclusive and accessible online environment for everyone.
