RESUMO:

The objective of the research was to analyze the perceptions of university professors about the training needs and the difficulties faced and alternatives proposed during remote teaching, mediated by digital technology resources, in the subject of Mathematics in Elementary School I. The research problem was structured as follows form: What are the training needs and the difficulties faced and alternatives proposed by single-teaching teachers in the development of remote education, using digital technology resources, in the teaching of mathematics, in state schools located in the municipality of Tangará da Serra? Field research was adopted as a research method using structured interviews for data collection and analyzed through content analysis (BARDIN, 2016; RODRIGUES, 2016). Rodrigues and Esteves (1993), specificity of unidocence (LIBÂNEO, 2007; GHIRALDELLI JR, 2003; ARANHA, 2006; BITAR, 2009) and digital technology in teaching (KENSKY, 1998; 2012) were used as conceptual references for training needs analysis. PALFREY, GASSER, 2011). As a result, the survey data allowed the construction of three categories of analysis: training needs in the use of digital technology resources as a support for teaching situations; current requirements of the teaching profession and; digital exclusion of the student as the main cause of the limitations of mathematics teaching mediated by digital technology resources in uni-teaching and identification of the following difficulties faced: lack of physical contact characteristic of the early years; lack of initial and in-service training on the use of digital technology (RTD) resources; Inadequate infrastructure for pedagogical work in the early years; Difficulty in accessing RTD by students; Lack of specific time for teaching work and contrast with the availability of RTD, as well as the proposed alternatives: the use of RTD as an alternative for recording teaching guidelines for students and families; handout of material for students without RTD; Compatibility of teaching hours with that of the family. That allow us to conclude that the single-teaching teacher lacks formative intervention and public policies on the implementation of the use of RTD in elementary school.
