RESUMO:

Teacher training does not end with the conclusion of their undergraduate course, but is carried out continuously in the classroom and in the school context, where doubts and conflicts appear every day. One of the possibilities for overcoming difficulties is the opportunity to discuss with other education professionals, which can favor the exchange of experiences and provide more in-depth reflections on the practice itself. The objective of the research was to analyze the in-service training needs of pedagogue teachers who work in state schools, located in the municipality of Barra do Bugres, in the state of Mato Grosso. In this sense, as teachers of the early years, we delimited the research problem to know what are the ongoing training needs of pedagogue teachers who work in State Schools, located in the municipality of Barra do Bugres-MT, which are indicators of in-service training intervention? From the observation of problems related to the way in which continuing education has been developed for pedagogue teachers and the professional experience as a participating teacher and pedagogical coordinator, we noticed a gap between the studies carried out and the teaching practice, thus, we assume that pedagogue teachers face difficulties that constitute training needs in contexts of teaching practice, which require training intervention to mitigate them. For the development of the research, we used the following methodological procedures: a) - Bibliographic Analysis in order to seek references in the literature in the area of analysis of ongoing training needs in service. b) - Exploratory survey with application of an online questionnaire (Google Forms), applied to a sample of 16 teachers, whose data were treated with frequency analysis. The results showed that most of the 16 pedagogue teachers have in-service training needs, whose frequent indicators are: 1 - Difficulties in: teamwork (f13), adequacy of contents to the daily lives of students (f13), interpersonal relationships (f12) , identification of students with learning difficulties and high abilities / Giftedness (f12) and using digital technology resources in teaching-learning (f10); 2 - Interested in: studying teaching methods for students with learning difficulties and high abilities/giftedness (f11), lesson planning (f12) and educational assessment (f12). We can conclude that such indicators justify the proposal of permanent formative intervention in service based on everyday problems that arise in the classroom.
