RESUMO:

The present work is the result of the master's research presented to the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Science and Mathematics Teaching at the State University of Mato Grosso - UNEMAT. The main objective of the research was to analyze the use of digital technologies (TD) in the teaching of Mathematics in the early years of the municipal education network of Barra do Bugres - MT ”. More specifically, we wanted to identify the DTs available in the school's units in the network; evidence the most used by pedagogical teachers in activities aimed at teaching Mathematics, and how these resources were used in the pedagogical practices of the participating teachers. The methodology used in the research followed the procedures of the field research and qualitative approach. The instruments for data production were: semi-structured interviews - with principals and / or coordinators, and with 28 pedagogical teachers who teach mathematics in the early years of the participating schools; the historical records of classes for the years 2015 to 2019; and the Political-Pedagogical Projects (PPP) of each school unit. The initial results reveal that the schools' technology infrastructure is predominantly centered on sound and image equipment. The internet's resource is still limited. Computer labs are not a reality of all units and their use is linked to the existence of laboratory technicians or equivalent professionals. As for the use of existing technological resources, the data reveal that teachers have made little use of these pedagogical resources in their teaching practices, mainly for the teaching of Mathematics. As factors for the restricted use of TD, teachers point to the lack of specific training for this purpose, the need for more equipment and the updating / replacement of existing ones.
